Random Thoughts for Today

There is no resurrection without death.
What seems to be a setback could actually be the greatest set up for my life, and for yours.
What seems to be a loss can actually be the greatest gain.

Time and again, God has proven in my life and in the lives of countless others how He can turn what I see as a pitfall into a platform.

I am called to trust in a God whose thoughts are higher than my thoughts, whose ways are higher than my ways. I am not called to control my life, nor to understand every single situation I go through or encounter. I am called to trust. And I can trust because He can, and because He is good, and because He is love.

I have proven it in my life, and in the lives of countless others how fleeting one's devotion is to Him, yet He still moves in His unfailing love. He still rescues. He still comes through. He enables me to trust.

And so I trust. Again and again, I will trust.
